I've been making art since I could hold a crayon and wield a wad of Play-Doh. In first grade, I drew nothing but dalmatians. In In third grade I drew mostly calico cats.
In fourth grade I won my first art contest. My raccoon wrought in oil pastel was placed on the Henderson County phone book for a year. I hated all of the attention, but I loved winning. Not much has changed.
I am a creative director, motion designer, graphic artist, front-end designer, woodworker, painter, crafter, and general maker of things. Some of my more interesting creations can be found in my Etsy Store, and you can track my current projects on Instagram.
I spent a decade working in the television industry, winning three MidSouth Regional Emmys. I now work in digital marketing with a little of everything on the side. Big or small, I love helping clients solve problems and simplify workflows through clear, concise branding and compelling storytelling.
When I'm not working, you can find me curled up with a good book and one of my furry companions, rocking out to my favorite tunes in my workshop, or chipping away at the endless to-do list that comes with living in an old house. In other words, I'm living the dream.
